1) Haute_Couture delivers across all the major locations within India and worldwide. We are committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time period.
2) Orders are processed for shipment only after the payment is complete. Once payment is made, changes to the order or refunds are not possible. If you place orders through our official Instagram page or our official WhatsApp, we process them for shipment only upon receipt of complete payment.
3) Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment receipt.
4) Customized orders will need additional time for processing. The shipping will be based on the time required for customization. It depends on the number of items ordered. We inform all status updates through WhatsApp or email.
5) We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as the product is ready and within the time shown on the product page. On weekends, government holidays, local holidays, or during seasonal calamities, there may be delays in delivery.
6) Once a product has been dispatched, no modifications can be made.
7) International orders are not included, like VAT/GST, or any other country’s duties and taxes are not included as part of the products or shipping charges. These additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the customer. Haute_Couture is not responsible for any custom duties.
8) Our products are packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person.
9) If you find a tampered package, kindly make a video and send it to us on our official WhatsApp for proof while you return the product. A video clip is mandatory to return the product.
10) Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
11. All orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
