Cancellation & Refund Policy
1) Haute_Couture has a comprehensive Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please must and should read our cancellation and return policy before placing your order on www.hautecouturejewellery.in/ or our official Instagram or Official WhatsApp, to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.
2) Haute_Couture, each product is quality checked, verified and then shipped to the customer. Haute_Couture has committed to deliver your order genuine products and accurately in good condition.
3) If the order has already dispatched, no cancellations can be made.
4) Any extra cost incurred due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by customers will be payable by the customer.
5) While efforts are made to depict accurate colour tones in product image, variations may occur due to digital representation and device settings.
6) Exchange accepted only in cases of incorrect product shipment. Exchange available within 3 days with same packing position and product / item will be replaced in within 4 days.
7) If you have received damaged product or the wrong item. Kindly make a proper video while unboxing the package, then send us on our official WhatsApp with your order number and couple of pictures of the material immediately with in day of delivery. It’s mandatory for proof to exchange. We will try and replace the product as soon as possible.
8) If no proper video proof otherwise will not exchange or refund. Kindly cooperate with us. Products eligible for return must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Shipping charges will not refund.
9) Sale of clearance sale items as defined are final and will not be exchanged or refunded or returned.
10) Customized products are not eligible for returns/exchanges/refunds.
11) Refunds would be processed and settled within 4-7 days after the product is cancelled/received by us. The settlement depends on the banking cycle and usually takes up to 4-7 working days. Instant refund is not an option.
12) Refunds would go back to the original source/mode of payment which the client had opted during checkout.
